Never miss an opportunity to nap

Sleep is obviously important, to almost everyone on this planet. For new mothers, sleep is even more important. For new moms to get plenty of sleep however is plain luxurious hence these little life hecks we are about to tell you could potentially benefit you largely.

Take naps whenever you can, you don't need to do laundry, you can always get your husband to help you out with that, and don't worry about sanitising your baby's napkins in boiling water, at the end of the day it will end up on the floor, or filled with puke anyway. Increase your nap 'efficiency' by reducing chores that are not that necessary after all.

When your husband comes home from work and tells you that he is tired, and immediately jumps into bed, 100% of the time he is faking it - and two can play the game. Besides, while the two of you are having your 'who is the most sound asleep' sleep contest, your baby will most likely fall asleep.

So get your rest whenever you can!
